Joshtober Fest

So my mom and dad are jerk-faces and left for California without me. But, before they left they did take me to the pumpkin patch with Grandma and Grandpa Long. When I was there I got to ride in a wagon and pick out my very own pumpkin! I also got to visit the petting zoo. I thought the goats were cool until they started trying to eat the food out of grandpa’s hand, I thought it was for me!!!

A couple weeks after the pumpkin patch mom and dad left for California to ride some road along the ocean and hang out with some other camp people. At first I was pretty ticked about the whole thing but then I found out that I was going to spend 8 days with the grandparents down in Beanville, USA (Decatur) and the prospect of being spoiled for more than a week sounded like a lot of fun. While I was there I got to dress up like a sock monkey and visit with their other “old-people” friends. I had a great time, but when mom and dad got back I was ready to come home!!!

Well I think that’s it for now, below are some pictures from my adventure! (The last three won’t show on the slider, but if you click them they’ll open)

October Pics

Hey Everybody,

Mom has been riding Dad pretty hard about putting up some pictures, he’s a slacker! So, here you have it, pictures of me being cute and little.

After going 3 weeks without a towel big enough for me I love my new frog towel. My Batman pajamas are obviously Dad’s favorite and he thinks it’s the funnest thing ever to fly me around the house in them. I’ve also gotten a lot stronger this last month, and I can now pull myself up on the rail of my bed, which is helpful for those early morning when I need Daddy to come and get me out of bed! Finally, Dad decided it was time for my first haircut, Mommy, hates it when her boy’s hair goes beyond our ears, so Dad busted out the kitchen scissors and went to work. It wasn’t the best part of my day, but at least I look fly for the ladies now!

Peace Out!

Sorry my dad sucks @ updating my page…but he and mom have been really busy chasing me around the house now that I can crawl.  Don’t worry, they’ve taken tons of video and pictures for your enjoyment. Below are some of my best moments from the last month. He promised mom he’d add pictures sometime tomorrow, but don’t hold your breat. Slacker.

You Should See the Other Guy!!!

Greetings blog readers,

I write to you today after a long and tiring weekend. Nana and Grandpa decided that it would be fun to go up to Milwaukee for the weekend. We stayed in a sweet hotel called The Iron Horse. They even let us bring my bestest friend Mac!!!

Dad made reservations at some of the best restaurants in Milwaukee, so I took the opportunity to stuff my cheeks before winter! On Saturday we went on the Miller Brewing tour, Dad kept trying to sneak me beer, but I was too busy flirting with the tour guides!!! Mom says next time we go, we’re gonna visit the zoo and the children’s museum and spend some more time @ the beach!

On Sunday I watched the Bears game with Dad! After watching Brian Urlacher go down, I decided that the Bears needed a new Linebacker. Somebody young, energetic, and tough. So, in an effort to show how Bad-Ass I am, I decided to dive headfirst into the ball pit @ daycare. Now I have a black eye that proves I’m worthy of being a future Chicago Bear.

Takin one for the team,

It’s been a while!!!

1

It’s been a while since my last post, but things have been aweful busy around this place since camp season ended. I’ve been figuring out this whole “playing” thing and I think I have it down. Mom and Dad have a rug dedicated to me, my toys and the messes I make. And when I get bored with it, I can always go play with Mac or Savannah. I’ve also decided that I needed to start crawling. I used to not care about getting around, but as I get bigger, one rug on the floor just isn’t enough space for a boy of my particular size. So, Mom and Dad have baby-proofed most of the house and I have every intention on figuring out how to get around their precautions. The below videos are from this last week, and I’ll be sure to put up some new ones next week, once Mom and Dad can catch me saying “Dadda” on the camera. Peace out for now peeps!!!
